As I like coffee this one is my DD on the go when I'm in the area. Coffee right on spot. I drink hazelnut - french vanilla mix with cream and some ice (hate hot coffee) and this place delivered. Many other failed to deliver what I wanted. Never place with inside and outside seating with free wifi. Restrooms are clean and general are is clean. Staff is friendly and they actually listen to customers needs.

This dunkin donuts is the SLOWEST I have ever experienced in my life. You know the moment when you get in the drive thru and expect to get through in 5 minutes max. Yeah that's normal. Then 10 minutes goes by. And you're like "well, I've already wasted 10 minutes", so what's another 5. And then all of the sudden you have literally been in the line for 20 minutes and that should never happen in a drive thru. Additionally, the cashier in the window goes back in forth from handling cash to handling food and smashing down coffee filters with her money hands. Germs. That's all I could think about.

Experience was fine, at best. The cashier offered no assistance in helping me figure out how to use my coupon in my DD app. I think service-wise and typically product-wise you know what to expect when going to Dunkin. However, this was by far the dirtiest Dunkin I've ever visited. There was a sample tray next to the register with a card that said "Enjoy a free sample!" and only garbage sitting in it. There was food all over the floor. Just a mess on every surface. Needless to say, it was a quick run in, get a coffee, and get the heck out experience!

I don't go here very often for anything but good ole fashioned coffee, but my wife and I stopped in on a hot day this past weekend and I decided to go for an iced coffee thinga majig. The service was fine. Nothing good or bad about it. But, I got an iced mocha coffee that was near literally half chocolate syrup and half water. It was way too sweet, and had no coffee taste at all. I suppose some people like it this way, but personally when I order something with coffee right in the name I also expect coffee to be right in the beverage. Black, hot coffee for me from now on.

This is the second time my family and I stopped through at this Dunkin to get coffee on a Sunday afternoon and the second time we were not that impressed. Service is poor to say the least. I was about to put a tip in the cashier's tip jar when he called out for the next customer - dismissing me away from the counter. There was no one else but my brother and sister in the restaurant and we were clearly together. What was the hurry? When he gave us our coffees he didn't offer us a have a nice day or anything. Three stars because the Oreo Iced Coffee was really good and the bathroom was fairly clean.

This review is due to the lack of staffing in the morning which results in about a 10 minute wait to get your order. If this occurred once in the last 10 days, I could accept it. But when it occurred 3 times, you lose my business. Additionally, I enjoy their chicken sandwich but this morning they did not have any chicken or did not prep any. While they gave me me my money back and a complementary muffin, the poor staffing made me realize I can brew my own coffee and prep a meal at home in the same time I wait in their line for my order. Coffee is good but not that good.

100 times better than Panera right down the street. More parking which Panera lacks. Bagels hot and fresh, less expensive than Panera. This will be my go to spot. Drive thru is very busy at 7:45 am.
